CLEATZ “$1,000 Cash” Sweepstakes – Official Rules

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by CLEATZ, Geyser Marketing LLC, P.O. Box 2866, 220 W. Pearl Ave, Jackson, WY 83001. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Splash Sports, Polymarket, the National Football League, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible: persons under 18; persons in any jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited; and employees, officers, members, and their immediate family/household members of Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents only and is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and outside the United States, and void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12 AM on July 13, 2026 (MST) and ends at 11:59 PM on August 31, 2026 MST. The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

Free method of entry (newsletter): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://cleatz.com/win-1000-cleatz-pro-football-survivor-sweepstakes/, enter a valid email address, confirm the eligibility statement, and submit. This subscribes you to the CLEATZ newsletter and registers one (1) entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person/email for the base entry.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

5. Prize

One (1) prize consisting of one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000), awarded as [cash by check or electronic payment / an open-loop $1,000 prepaid gift card / a $1,000 general-purpose retailer gift card]. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000. The prize is unrestricted: the winner may use it however they choose. No cash alternative or substitution except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

(Prize is not tied to, conditioned on, or required to be used for entry into any third-party contest. Any reference to the NFL Survivor contest in Sponsor’s marketing is illustrative of one way a winner might choose to use the prize and is not a condition of winning.)

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about September 1, 2026. Drawing to be conducted by Cleatz using a random selection method, e.g., random-number generation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on or about September 1, 2026. The potential winner must respond within [e.g. five (5) business days] and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 (the prize value exceeds the $600 1099 reporting threshold, so the winner’s prize will be reported to the IRS and the winner is responsible for all applicable taxes). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with entry or operation. Entrant data is handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://cleatz.com/privacy-policy/. Subscribing adds the entrant to the CLEATZ newsletter; entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting an already-submitted entry.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
