Novig Fees & Fee Calculator
CLEATZ / FEES & COSTS
What does a Novig trade actually cost?
Check the fee, total entry cost and potential settlement profit before comparing prices.
Yes, on some trades. App/web pregame straight trades and maker fills have no trading fee under the current schedule. Most live taker fills use a 0.03 coefficient; live NCAAF spreads/totals and most futures use 0.06. Parlay quotes include a fee calculated with 0.10.
CALCULATE YOUR TRADE
Novig fee calculator
Estimate one app/web order held to a $1-per-contract winning settlement. Cash-funded trades only. An early exit, multiple fills, or a void can change the result.
Winning payout: $100.00. Break-even win probability: 50.75%. Loss if all contracts lose: $50.75.
The live-straight coefficient is 0.03. Entry fees are added to the contract cost.
Schedule checked October 4, 2026. Estimates use Novig’s published formula and five-decimal fee rounding. The order ticket controls; this calculator excludes funding charges and maker incentives.
Novig fees at a glance
| App/web trade | Taker coefficient | How it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Pregame straight | 0 | No trading fee |
| Most live straight | 0.03 | Added to entry cost |
| Live NCAAF spread / total | 0.06 | Added to entry cost |
| Futures | 0.06 | Golf/tennis exception: no futures fee |
| Parlay | 0.10 | Included in quote |
Formula: coefficient × price × (1 − price) × contracts. Use dollars for price. Maker fills are fee-free; an immediately matched limit order can be a taker fill. Fees round to five decimal places. Check the official fee schedule and your ticket.
Why a lower quoted price can still cost more
Here is our own comparison using 80 contracts. At 40¢ each, a pregame straight trade costs $32. If the same price were available on a live straight market with a 0.03 coefficient, the fee would be $0.576 and the total $32.576. On a live college-football spread or total, the 0.06 coefficient would make the fee $1.152 and the total $33.152.
| 80 contracts at 40¢ | Entry cost | Winning payout | Profit if won |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pregame straight | $32.00 | $80.00 | $48.00 |
| Most live straight | $32.576 | $80.00 | $47.424 |
| Live NCAAF spread / total | $33.152 | $80.00 | $46.848 |
These are hypothetical winning settlements, not forecasts. A losing outcome returns $0 and loses the entry cost. This table retains three decimals to show the calculation; your cash display may show cents.
Compare total cost for the same payout
Suppose another quote costs $33 for the same $80 winning payout, with all charges included. The 40¢ live NCAAF order above would cost $33.152 after its fee, despite its lower initial $32 price. Always compare the same outcome, payout and settlement rules. A lower number on the order book is only the beginning of the comparison.
Read the break-even probability carefully
For a cash-funded binary contract held to settlement, divide total entry cost by winning payout. The $33.152 example requires a 41.44% win probability to break even mathematically. That is a cost threshold, not CLEATZ’s estimate of the outcome’s chance.
Deposit costs are separate
Novig lists bank transfers and supported crypto funding as fee-free deposit methods. Cards and Apple Pay carry a 3% processing fee. Check the deposit pricing terms; method availability varies. External network or provider costs may be separate.
A hypothetical $100 deposit with a 3% charge adds $3 to funding costs. The calculator above excludes this because one deposit can fund multiple orders; charging the full deposit fee to every trade would double count it.
For withdrawals, Novig lists a $10 minimum and bank, debit-card and Venmo options. Verification or open positions can restrict available funds. Its withdrawal guide does not establish a universal zero-fee guarantee; review the withdrawal screen.
Execution matters alongside fees
A resting order may avoid taker charges but may never fill. A larger order can also fill at several prices, so a calculation based only on the best displayed quote may underestimate its cost. Use the average execution price and each fill’s applicable fee when reconciling a completed order.
Our Novig volume tracker shows broader activity. Exchange-wide volume does not establish the depth available on your particular game or outcome.
Novig fee questions
Is the coefficient a percentage of my stake?
No. It multiplies price, one minus price, and contract count. Calculate the dollar charge first, then compare it with the entry cost.
Should I add a fee to the parlay price shown in the app?
No. Enter the all-in quoted price in the calculator’s parlay mode. Adding the calculated fee again would overstate the cost.
Can I use this calculator for Trade Credits?
No. This model assumes cash funding. Bonus eligibility and settlement treatment belong in the Novig welcome-offer guide.
Does the calculator predict profit?
It calculates a conditional settlement result. It does not estimate the probability of winning, predict prices, or guarantee an order will execute.
