Novig Trading Volume: Daily & Monthly Tracker
CLEATZ / VOLUME & MARKET ACTIVITY
How much is trading on Novig?
Track reported daily activity, monthly coverage and the difference between trading volume and liquidity.
This tracker displays published contract notional: the face value of contracts traded. It is not customer deposits, cash exchanged, company revenue or the number of users. Daily reports update through the existing CLEATZ data importer.

Source: Novig published reports, imported by the CLEATZ tracker. Reports with import or reconciliation notes are withheld pending review. Historical coverage depends on retained imports. Transaction counts are taker fills, not unique traders. UTC is used for completed-day cutoffs; source date labels are preserved.
How CLEATZ tracks Novig volume
Novig publishes dated market and trade reports. The CLEATZ importer sums market-level dailyVolume when available, checks it against quantities on TAKER trade rows, and uses the taker total as a fallback when the market total is unavailable. It counts taker rows for transaction totals.
The display reads those stored daily observations. It does not add maker and taker quantities together, infer fees from volume, or convert report counts into active users. Dates retain the source’s labels; the current UTC day is excluded.
| Measure | What it tells you | What it does not tell you |
|---|---|---|
| Contract notional | Face value traded over the reporting period | Cash deposited or platform revenue |
| Taker fills | Count of matched taker records | Unique customers or original orders |
| Order-book depth | Size available at particular prices now | Not supplied by this daily volume table |
| Open interest | Outstanding positions at a point in time | Not interchangeable with daily turnover |
Why missing days are not zero
A blank day can reflect a delayed report or an import issue. It does not prove no one traded. Seven-day totals require seven valid records; complete-month totals require every calendar day. Partial-month subtotals are labeled separately, and any record carrying an import or reconciliation note is withheld pending review.
The data-through date identifies the newest usable report. The import timestamp identifies when stored records were fetched. Neither means today’s trading is included. Historical reports can be corrected, and available history is limited to retained imports.
A simple notional example
Imagine 200 contracts, each paying $1 for a winning outcome, change hands at 35¢. That is $200 of contract notional and $70 of transaction value for that side, before fees. If those contracts trade again, turnover increases even though the same position may be changing hands.
This is why we do not rank Novig’s notional beside another platform’s cash volume and label the result “market share.” For wider context, use the CLEATZ prediction-market volume and revenue tracker and compare like-for-like measures, reporting periods and counting conventions.
Does more Novig volume mean better prices?
Higher activity can make an exchange worth a closer look, but the platform total cannot tell you whether your chosen outcome has enough size at the price you want. Football activity can dominate a day while a smaller market remains thin.
Before placing an order, check the gap between buying and selling prices, available size at each level, whether your order could move through several prices, and how the market settles. A large historical volume number does not guarantee an immediate fill.
Volume, fees and the welcome offer answer different questions
Use this page to understand reported activity. Use our Novig fee calculator to estimate a specific trade’s cost. Use the Novig signup and promo code guide for eligibility and bonus mechanics. None of those measures, alone, establishes whether a trade is good value.
Novig volume questions
Is this Novig’s revenue?
No. Volume measures turnover. This page does not estimate fee revenue or company earnings from it.
Are these live figures?
They are daily reported observations, not streaming intraday totals. Check both the data-through date and import timestamp above.
How many people trade on Novig?
Transaction counts cannot answer that. One person can generate many fills, and a single order can match multiple counterparties. This report does not publish a unique-user estimate.
Can I compare this with Kalshi or Polymarket?
Only after aligning metric definitions, time windows and counting rules. Our broader tracker separates measures that cannot be fairly combined.
